Besides Visa, MasterCard and Body Art Jewels Gift Certificates, we also accept Money Orders (US Banks only). Shipping and Handling Orders are processed and shipped usually within 48 hours. You can select from either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated. Packages are sent out Monday through Saturday. Please note that selecting a faster shipping method does not change the order processing time. It only changes the transit time once the order has shipped. Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within New York State. Sales tax rates are determined by the county in which you live. Variation and Durability Body Art Jewels are artistic, high-quality, handmade costume jewelry. There will be variations in color and jewel placement. Sometimes some of the decorative elements will come off. The jewels are still beautiful and usable. Please remember they are not permanent pieces and their useful life will vary depending on use, care and skin type. Disclaimer Body Art Jewels are for external use only and are not intended for use by infants or small children.  Do not use in your eyes, ears, nose or mouth or any other mucous membranes; any noncompliance is solely at your own risk. Although no one has reported any allergic reactions to our Body Art Jewels and Body Art Glue, discontinue use immediately if any redness or irritation occurs.  Do not use if you have allergic or sensitive skin. Returns and Exchanges We are sure you will be delighted with your Body Art Jewels.  Please remember they are handmade, so there will be variations in color and jewel placement.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please call us immediately at (914) 274-2111 to discuss the problem. If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone, please return the item(s) to us within 10 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund check for the purchase price less shipping. For item(s) returned to us after 10 days of purchase we will issue either a store credit (in the form of a Body Art Jewels Gift Certificate) or send you a replacement jewel(s) of equal value.
