Body Art Jewels require no chains, clasps or piercing. The self-adhesive base sticks directly to your clean, dry skin. back to top   Can I reuse them? Yes! If cared for properly, Body Art Jewels can last for months. back to top   How do I apply my Body Art Jewels? Do not bend the jewel. Gently peel the special backing away from the jewel and insert your finger or finger nail underneath it. Remove slowly. Place and replace your Body Art Jewel until it is just where you want it. Remember, your skin must be clean and dry. Do not use skin lotions or body oils on the area you intend to wear your Body Art Jewels. back to top   How do I care for them? After wearing your Body Art Jewels, remove them slowly from your skin and return them to their special backing for use another time. Coming Soon! Although no one has reported any allergic reactions to our Body Art Jewels and Body Art Glue, discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Some of the jewels will leave a shadow of glue that is easily removed with baby oil (baby oil is good for the skin and smells good, too). back to top   How can I make my Body Art Jewels last longer? Start by placing your jewels on clean, dry skin. Do not use skin lotions or body oils on the area you intend to wear your Body Art Jewels. When not in use, replace them on their special backing and they will stay sticky for many uses. You can then add a thin layer of our Body Art Glue to the back of the jewel. Wait about 10 minutes for the glue to dry to clear. It is now ready to wear again. Or you can add the glue and return them to their special backing and reuse them later. back to top   Where should I wear my Body Art Jewels? I do it all the time because they are so weightless, that I forget I have them on. If you discover you have them on in the shower, do not remove them then. Simply avoid scrubbing the area where the jewel is and wait until you are out of the shower and dry to take them off, or just leave them on. However, getting Body Art Jewels wet will decrease their life expectancy. back to top   Can I wear Body Art Jewels to the pool or beach? Well, my mother-in-law wears them to the pool and says they stay on, AND she gets a lot of attention! Wear them freely on the beach or at the pool, you will make quite a stir. But remember, getting them wet will decrease their life expectancy. back to top   Can I sleep with my Body Art Jewels? Yes, you can sleep with your Body Art Jewels on, but they might fall off. We have customers who tell us that they have worn their jewels as earrings for three or four days without ever taking them off! back to top   What else can I do with my Body Art Jewels? After wearing them for a while, you can recycle your Body Art Jewels by using them to decorate stationery, a scrap book, your cell phone, desk, locker or some fun little art project.
